I bought these to replace some awful BT phones we have been unfortunate to have been using for the last few years. Findinf this Gigaset has been lovely.
The sound quality of these phones is excellent, crisp and clear for the most part. They look stylish and sleek and feel nice to hold for extended periods of time. As far as features go, they have everything you could need in a landline these days.
Plenty of ringtones to choose from… you can customise tones to a particular caller number if you wish. The base station is nice looking with a pretty small footprint and easy to use (and understand) controls.
Overall we are really happy with these phones and they knock the spots of the BT ones we had previously.

I have been a fan of Gigaset cordless phones for a long time. so when my older version phone started developing issues (after more than 10 years of use) I sought out a replacement from Gigaset. These phones do not disappoint. Typical German quality and ease of use. I expect them to last a similarly long time as the ones they replaced.

Very good system, easy to set up and operate. Great range of ring tones and large capacity for address book; the call barring facility is also a great asset. Delivery was fast and well packed.

Early days but loving them. Bought a "trio" set to replace a set of BT phones that had stopped working.
Very easy to set up, sound quality is spot on.
As others have noted, the selection of ring tones is a bit naff, but other than that extremely pleased!

The battery life is great and the call quality is excellent but the whole thing is a little light-weight and plastic feeling given the price... My only real complaint though is the short time limit on the answer machine (30 minutes) and the fact that you can't delete all messages at once, you need to delete them one at a time (unless I've missed something!). My old machine used to let me listen to all messages in succession and then delete the lot if I wanted, but there is no such option on these. Best thing about them is the loudspeaker along with call quality, which are the best I've had.

We have a particular problem in that our phone socket is not in a very convenient location. The Gigaset C570A has been the perfect solution to this as the base unit is completely separate from the handset. This allows us to keep the handsets where they are used most often. Not only that the quality of these phones is the best we've had. Sound quality is especially clear. Both the earpiece and speaker mode are pin sharp. I've already had occasion to use a handset as a handsfree speakerphone, and was impressed with the quality. Battery life is also very good - handset can be left out of its cradle for days and still hold a decent amount of charge. The answering machine works well too but can be accessed from any handset, which is how we typically access it due to the location of our phone point. My only quibble is with the cradle which is a little lightweight for a fairly tall phone. Its a minor point, but does require a small amount of care when putting the phone back in. Overall, very happy with the device and service

Sound quality is always muffled. And there is a prominent echo when calling mobile phones. We will be seeking to return it if after we've had our line tested the problem persists as no one else seems to be having these issues. We'll update our review or ask ligo to remove if the problem turns out to be with our line rather than with the phones. Service so far form ligo has been exemplary.
