We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. You should notify us by writing of your wish to return an order as unwanted within 15 days of your order arriving.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item (in which case the item will be returned to you), or deduct 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us and the product has been examined.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we may not offer a full refund if headsets have been handled in any way or worn.


liGo return process for unwanted items

Customers who are returning items as unwanted are fully responsible for the delivery and costs of delivery to return any unwanted items to liGo.

Please fill in our dedicated Customer Returns form, and a member of the liGo returns department will then contact you within 1-2 working days.

If your return is accepted, you will be issued with a RMA returns number and details of where to send your unwanted item by email.

Upon receipt, we will examine the returned good(s) and notify you by email of the outcome. Refunds are normally issued within 5-7 working days.
